VOLUNTEER

1. Help in the charity shop. 

How about joining our great team of volunteers who handle sales,  sort donations and keep the shop looking nice?  Typically, we have two volunteers in the shop at any one time, and they a morning or afternoon "shift" a week. 

2. Transport

Could you pick up donations to the shop on an occasional basis?

3. Ambassadors 

We would like to increase the number of people that can represent Ellie's Haven in their area.  This includes encouraging local organisations to stage fund-raising events, attending presentations and generally spreading the word about our goals and progress.

4. Website maintenance 

We have a variety of tasks in this area, from writing the occasional article to updating lists of events and fundraisers.

5. Professional services

Do you have expertise that would help Ellie's Haven develop as it evolves from an appeal to a construction project, and from a construction project to a provider of holidays?  Could you be part of a team of people helping to define requirements for our "special place for special children"?
